Your Backpack
The backpack holds everything you own, Elemixies and eggs together. It's also where you summon your followers, protect your favorites, and give them names.
Space
You start with 100 slots, shared between Elemixies and eggs. The counter in the backpack's title bar turns amber near the limit and red when you're full. Full means full: wild collects fail, egg buys are rejected, mixes can't be claimed, and egg-day login rewards wait until you make room (the reward isn't lost).
Two ways to grow it, both adding 50 slots, up to a maximum of 500:
- Coins: the first upgrade costs 2,000 coins and each one after doubles: 4,000, then 8,000, up to 256,000 for the eighth.
- Robux: 99 Robux per upgrade, any time.
Both live in the Shop's Storage tab, and the backpack counter takes you straight there when space runs low.
Filters, Search, and Sorting
The Filters button opens a panel that applies instantly as you tap:
- Filter by element (with one-tap Base and Mixed groups), rarity, role, stars, and status (Locked, Following, Busy, Eggs).
- Quick Picks: Rarest, Top Stars, and Max Level (every Elemixie sitting at its star tier's level cap).
- Sort by name, level, stars, rarity, element, role, or when you got them. Name sorting uses nicknames when you've set them.
- Search by name.
The backpack starts out sorted newest first. Two rules hold no matter how you sort: your followers always float to the top, and eggs gather at the end (except when sorting by rarity, where they slot in by tier).
The same panel appears in every picker: mixing, trading, the arena, and the activities. The arena picker gets two extras of its own. A Matchup filter narrows the list to how well each Elemixie fares against the opponent in the lane you're filling, from Super Strong down to Super Weak. And on the default Level sort, there's a quiet tiebreaker: equal-level Elemixies order themselves by best matchup for that lane. Pick any sort yourself and the picker follows your choice exactly.
The forage and dojo pickers add a Boost sort: each Elemixie's personal contribution to the party's roster bonus, counting both its level and its stars. They open already sorted, biggest boosters first, so the best party is just the top of the list.
Your Following Team
Up to three Elemixies follow you around the world. Summon and Dismiss live on every Elemixie's details page and card menu; when three are already out, the button reads Team Full. Early on, new catches join your team automatically. Once you've had a full team of three, the game figures you know the ropes and leaves summoning to you.
Locking
The padlock next to an Elemixie's name protects it from being merged, mixed, or released, and adds a speed bump to trading it. Locking is instant; unlocking always asks "Unlock this Elemixie?" first, so a favorite can't slip away by accident. Locked friends still battle, forage, train, and adventure normally.
Renaming
The pencil next to an Elemixie's name lets you rename it, free, any time, up to 17 characters. Names go through Roblox's text filter, and a name the filter doesn't like is simply rejected ("That name is unavailable. Try another."). Clear the name to go back to the species name. Nicknames show on cards, nameplates, and in sorting.
