Every Discovery Pays

The October 19 update rewards your collection. New species pay coins, milestones pay eggs, and every Elemixie has a new picture. Here are the main changes. The patch notes list every one, small fixes included.

Coins for Every New Species

Each new Elemixie you discover pays coins by its rarity: 15 for a common, 30 for an uncommon, 60 for a rare, 90 for an epic, 150 for a legendary, and 250 for a mythic. It counts whether you catch it, hatch it, mix it, or trade for it, and these coins don't count toward the coin limit.

Eggs for Your Collection

Discovering species also earns eggs, starting with a basic egg at 10 species. More come at 15, 20, 25, 30, and every 10 after that, up to a primordial egg for all 90. The top of the Elemixpedia shows how many you've found and which egg is next. When one is ready, the Book button shows a red "!" and you claim the egg in the Elemixpedia. The Elemixpedia page lists every egg.

Already Collecting?

The species you discovered before this update pay their coins too, once, the next time you join. If you've discovered all 90, that's 8,925 coins. Eggs for the counts you've already passed wait in the Elemixpedia, and you claim them lowest first.

New Pictures

Every Elemixie's picture is now made from its own model in the game, so the picture in your backpack looks just like the Elemixie you see in the world. The species pages on this site have the new pictures too.

Also New

The buttons that pop up in the world have a new look, and they move out from behind your on-screen buttons. The Quests button hops when a quest is ready to claim. Your first battle and first adventure now offer Battle Again and Adventure Again. Your adventure team follows you from one bond camp adventure to the next until you're done. Once you press the button at an adventure's spot, you can walk away while it finishes. Hangouts still need you to stay.
